Baby Puja Dagadu Puri, a 1-month-old male, was admitted to the NICU on 14/12/2024 with Respiratory Distress Syndrome, a premature baby. After receiving intensive care and successfully undergoing surgery, he has now fully recovered and is in a much better condition. His progress has been remarkable, and he is stable. Baby Ajara Khalik Shaikh, a 5-year-old girl, was admitted on 28.11.2024 with a head injury, including a parietal depressed fracture with an underlying contusion, requiring PICU care. She has successfully undergone surgery and is now in a much better condition. While she still requires medical care and observation, her recovery is progressing well. The estimated cost of treatment, including hospital charges, laboratory tests, and medications, remains approximately ₹7,00,000. We are grateful for the medical team's efforts and appreciate all the prayers and support.
Heart Surgery
Anabiya, a 4-year-old with a critical heart condition, underwent urgent open-heart surgery at Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre in Byculla, Maharashtra. Her father, a labourer, supported the family on a modest income. Cancer Control Mission's support of Rs. 2,50,000/- for Anabiya’s surgery was instrumental in her successful treatment. Anabiya is now healthy and thriving, thanks to the generosity that helped her family during their time of need.
Naman, a 6-year-old diagnosed with large sinus cenous ASD, underwent successful surgery and rerouting of pulmonary vein at Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre, Byculla, Maharashtra. His father, a labourer, struggled to meet the family’s needs. Cancer Control Mission's commitment of Rs. 2,50,000/- ensured Naman received the necessary treatment. Today, Naman is enjoying good health, thanks to the support that made his recovery possible.
